Why FLY?
-
Do you struggle with consistency? I know I do. Although I like to push myself, I don’t always do it in the most sustainable of ways, which subsequently leads to burnout. I know there is a plethora of people who struggle with the same problem. That is why the “F” in FLY stands for “functional”.
FLY with Cai’s programming is designed in a practical way based on how each individual operates on their everyday life. That will then allow each client to focus more on healing and less on actual process. All you have to do is show up.

Your health is your wealth and that includes your mind, body and soul. What is so great about yoga is that the only thing one needs is the willingness to explore with an open mind.
The mind matters most.
Our understanding of this realm stems from our minds. If you think about it, the mind even named itself. It controls everything including our bodies, our thoughts and our emotions. If we can use breath and movement to control our mind and/or let it flow freely, we can then let our bodies naturally dip into a flow state where we harmonize with our surroundings. The flow state always leads to equanimity and liberation.

It’s important for everybody to take care of their whole being. The paths are many, and yoga is one of those wellness paths. By integrating it into your everyday, you will learn to live life with intention, create a positive feedback loop for replenishing one’s energy, stay true to yourself, and make choices that serve your ideal self and others.
To find balance on the scale of exerting and replenishing energy, we can use specialized yogic techniques.By practicing asana (posture) and pranayama (life force control/ breathing), we form our bodies into different shapes to keep the body healthy and prepare the mind for meditation. They are also what most people think of when they hear the word “yoga.”
Some other benefits of yoga include supporting health, mental focus, and the flow of energy throughout the entire body.
Meet Cai
Caiana (Cai) has been practicing yoga since she was a little girl…
One day I walked in on my grandmother as she was practicing and I began to mimic her movements. The physical and mental practices felt so natural to me at 4 years old. My joints and limbs have always been hyper extensive, but being able to use my body in congruence with my breath to build physical and mental acuity has brought harmony to my life in so many ways.
When I was instructed read Yamas and Niyamas (The 10 jewels of yoga) by one of my yoga instructors, it brought a whole new meaning to my life. The concepts have been a major source of healing on many levels for me.
I am always looking to be able to take a practice that has healed me in so many ways including, but not limited to mental, physical, emotional and spiritual and help others find healing through their own practices.
